Finished

Medal

Finished the Helsinki half-marathon today. I ran 21 kilometers (13 miles for you Americans) and I didn’t stop or cry or anything. Well, maybe my eyes got a little misty when they called my name at the Olympic Stadium as I hobbled over the finish line and then they handed me a complementary trial-sized yogurt. Other than that, I held it together.
